Every ESAProof subscription comes with a 30-day, no-questions-asked, full money-back guarantee. If ESAProof isn't right for your family — for any reason, or no reason — email support@esaproof.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the entire amount.
How refunds are processed
Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We'll confirm by email when the refund is issued.
If you paid with ESA funds
Arizona law prohibits providers from refunding or rebating ESA money to a parent or student personally (A.R.S. §15-2402(J)). If your subscription was paid with ESA funds, any refund is returned to the originating ESA account in accordance with program rules — never to you directly. That protection is the whole point of this product, and it applies to us too.
After 30 days
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime to stop future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you've paid for. Renewal charges are themselves covered by a fresh 30-day guarantee.
