ESAProof provides educational information about Arizona's Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program, based on the official ADE ESA Parent Handbook and the statutes and rules it cites. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of how the Arizona Department of Education will treat any particular expense. Final allowability is determined solely by ADE.

No affiliation

ESAProof is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Arizona Department of Education, the State Board of Education, or ClassWallet.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for your ESA contract obligations, including documentation, deadlines, and the allowability of purchases. Verify significant decisions against the official ADE allowable items database and ADE support channels.

Subscriptions and refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed per student, per year. Every subscription carries a 30-day, no-questions-asked full money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy for details, including how refunds of ESA-funded payments are handled under A.R.S. §15-2402(J).

Acceptable use

Don't scrape this site at abusive rates, attempt to disrupt the service, or misrepresent our content as official government guidance.

We may update these terms as the product grows; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
